Custom Alloy's special service to its customers is making available emergency manufacturing capabilities and producing made to order weld fittings when requirements are critical even if it is one piece that is needed.

Size Range & Standards

Custom Alloy has manufactured fittings in one hundred and twenty (120) different material grades in sizes 1/2" thru  48" diameter and wall thickness thru 6" both in seamless and welded construction. It follows all the latest ASTM, ASME, ANSI and MSS standards. >> more info

Quality Assurance

To insure quick responses and high quality without relying on outside sources, Custom Alloy performs all testing such as X-Ray, dye penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, Charpy Impact, chemical analysis, hardness, corrosion, tension, Battelle underbead cracking, drop weight and ferrite testing in-house. A complete PMI program to our customer's specifications is available when required, although all fittings are 100% PMI tested to Custom Alloy's in-house quality procedures.

ISO 9001:2000 and PED CERTS

ASME Section III NCA 3800, ANSI N45.2, 10CFR50 Appendix B as applicable to NCA 3800 and MIL-I-4520A. In addition, Custom Alloy meets all quality requirements of ASME code Section II, V, VIII, IX, MSS-SP75 and CAN 3-Z245.11.
